Experience

Key personnel of Abeam Technologies acquired many years of experience in microelectronic technology, software development, optics, and electronics. We have a strong background in experimental, hands-on work as well as in mathematics and physics. The expertise includes fabrication of microelectronic devices, sensors, and optical elements using micro- and nanolithography. We also developed models and built commercial quality software to improve microlithography quality and throughput. This combination of hands-on experience with a strong theoretical background is a key to develop the required software and hardware.

Microlithography

With over 20 years in leading edge microlithography, we provide products and services for semiconductor companies to improve spatial resolution,performance, yield, and throughput of chip manufacturing. We work in areas of optical lithography, electron-beam lithography, maskmaking, high throughput electron projection lithography (EPL), and maskless lithography. We also use our expertise to fabricate micro- and nanostructures.

Software design

We offer our great experience in programming using all major languages and platforms. Also, we offer our strong background in mathematics, and in the development of and optimizing numerical algorithms. We develop commercial quality software as well as design modules for customers.

Micro- and nano-fabrication

The company has experience in the development of full CMOS processes to fabricate devices, sensors, and optical elements. We also develop custom technological steps not available in CMOS. An example of such a design is microelectronic fabrication of an "ideal" hyperbolic lens attached to an end of a monomode fiber. Please check our BEAMETR product, where features smaller than 40 nm were routinely fabricated.

The company has access to clean room facilities to perform fabrication projects. We also work closely with foundries and universities.

Electronics

We offer a broad expertise in concept, custom design, and fabrication of complex electronic circuits to meet customer needs. We are specializing in the full custom, low volume designs, and ready to address uncommon requirements. Optics

We are experienced in designing and fabricating optical and microoptical elements utilizing microelectronic techniques. Various beam shaping elements, gratings, wavefront correctors, planar integrated optical elements were fabricated. Microtechnology to fabricate these elements includes electron beam lithography, optical lithography, reactive ion etch, film deposition, etc.

We design an optical element and develop its fabrication technique in house, and then we rent well equipped clean room or work closely with foundries to fabricate a prototype of the element.
